Shipping
The shipping of costumes - particularly costumes that include bulky and/or extra delicate items such as fairy wings and fairy crowns often require either large oversized and very sturdy packaging or special handling. These oversized boxes are quite expensive - often running as much as $4-$8 each not including the celo bags and other packing materials I use to keep your purchase safe - so please keep that in mind when you see how much shipping your costume costs! ALso -I usually use either UPS or Fedex because they both offer insurance and tracking on their delivery service... Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Stock Costumes (Items that have not been custom made or altered at the request of the buyer) may be returned as long as they are in their original condition and still in their packaging for refund of the sales price,within three days days of receipt. Please note: as per Etsy guidelines I cannot refund your sales price until I have received the item back.
There are no refunds on custom made costumes, or items that have been altered or added
