THE LILAC AND LACE GARDEN FAERIE - size 4-5-6

This is an charming and romantic little fairy outfit with a vintage look made from lilac lace, tulle and organza that would be perfect for a flower girl, a family portrait, a pageant, or to wear for a special occasion!

Great attention has been paid to every detail in this handmade outfit....and everything is heirloom quality. From the hand cut lace with the tiny handmade satin flowers with pearl bead centers on the ruffle sleeved leotard to the spectacular wings..... every inch of this costume is a work of wearable art.

The Faerie skirt has been handmade with multiple layers of English Lace, lingerie Tulle, Chiffon, and Organza ....and each layers has been carefully cut into graduated lengths of pixie style hems and then completely finished to prevent any raveling.The waistband is covered elastic with a ruffle edge around the top.

The skirt measures approximately 17" from the waist to the longest points, and the elastic waist stretches from 18 onches to 32 inches. I will include a 12 inch lavender tulle underskirt with this in case you want extra fullness.

Around the waist of the Faerie Skirt there is a double faced Satin Sash in regal purple, embellished in the front with a handmade organza Faerie Flower and two tiny pearl centered lilac flowers.

I used tiny handmade roses, silk lilacs, and a few purple violets to create the Faerie Crown....weaving them all around a wire base then covering them with lace streamers and ribbon. The Faerie Crown is very full and will adjust to any head size with ribbon ties in the back.

Also included: A simple Ribbon Necklace with a Purple Crystal Heart dangling in front.

The Spectacular Faerie Wings were hand made by artist and wing maker Angelia Grant Doyle. (ONGOSSAMERWINGS) These beautiful wings are trimmed with opalescent glitter, tiny gemstones and an amazing little bouquet of flowers. They fit on with clear elastic straps!
