What is the age range that you make costumes for?

From newborn infants to adults!
In other words, from the very young to the young at heart.

Do you do special orders?

I have done requests for mother and daughter costumes, Gypsies, Mermaid Queens, Snow Queens, and all sorts of Witches. If you have a special request please contact me at fairynanaeve@yahoo.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges will vary depending what you have purchased because of the packaging requirements; you can view the charges by adding the items you are interested in to your shopping cart.

How long should I expect my item to be shipped?

I typically need 2-3 weeks after receiving your order to complete and ship out your handcrafted items. I generally use either UPS or FedEx. Stock items (not handmade) usually ship out within 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

Custom handcrafted items are non-refundable. If there is a flaw in an item you have received, please contact me at fairynanaeve@yahoo.com to exchange it for a similar item. I will do my best to make you happy with your purchase. Please note that in the construction of Fairy Nana Original Costumes, the beadwork, sequined flower trim, and other delicate handwork that makes them so unique and beautiful also makes them delicate; so no warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear.
